Garfield Minus Garfield

We were crawling around the internets looking for interesting things to discuss or highlight or rip to shreds and we came across this funny thing called Garfield Minus Garfield.

According to the site:

"Garfield Minus Garfield is a site dedicated to removing Garfield from the Garfield comic strips in order to reveal the existential angst of a certain young Mr. Jon Arbuckle. It is a journey deep into the mind of an isolated young everyman as he fights a losing battle against loneliness and depression in a quiet American suburb.
Buy the book! At Barnes & Noble or Amazon.com"

Check it out at Garfield Minus Garfield. It's pretty funny.

And yes, we're fully aware that the "Web Crawling" tag could easily be replaced by a "Lazy" tag, but whatever. We're working on some stuff in the lab for y'all right now.

  1. I think I'm following Garfield minus Garfield on tumblr. his conversations remind me of myself/my thoughts before twitter.

  2. i don't even know what tumblr is. i'm done with "following" people anyway.

this concept is mad funny to me though. especially when you realize that garfield never talks back to jon so he is essential talking to himself all the time.

    it's brilliant.
