I like pictures...

Back in 2009 I remember saying I wish that I had started a picture site. They're so fun and I imagine very easy.  A lot easier than coming up with funny or clever things to talk about everyday.

At any rate,  pictures of "What Dr. Seuss Books Are Really About" have been floating around for a few weeks and it reminded me of the fact that I had always wanted a blog that was just pictures. Then I realized, "hey wait, that's just what Tumblr is."

So I'm gonna go start a Tumblr today. 

I'll almost immediately abandon it or hand it over to someone else like everything I take part in, but it should be fun for a few months  days.

In the meantime, peep these pictures that I've mentally filed as "clever, yet so obvious I'm slightly annoyed that I didn't think of it first."

Look At This Fucking Hipster

There's nothing like a really good picture blog. Especially when it's one that makes fun of hipsters. Making fun of hipsters is one of the only reasons I still go out anymore.

Friday Face Off...

This is a new column that I planned on debuting a while ago. The goal was to take similar things and compare and review them head-to-head, every Friday.

The original "Face Off" was going to be between The The Angry Whopper that I reviewed a month ago -VS- The Spicy Baconater, but they discontinued the Baconator so, so much for that.

So I was lurking around the web, looking for randomness to put on FishAndSpaghetti (and by the way, in a few weeks it's not gonna be so random in here, I have a plan, I promise, so stay tuned) and I spotted a site called This Is Why You're Fat, a picture site that features outlandishly unhealthy food items, some made up and submitted by people around the internets and some actually sold (and bought and eaten and more than likely puked up) in restaurants around the country.

So Warren Ellis, an award winning writer who I first learned about when I was introduced to The Authority, one of the most bad ass comic books ever. He also wrote Fell, which I heard is brilliant but has been collecting dust under my desk for months now. Maybe this weekend.
